Returns Policy

Cancellations

You can cancel your order as long as it is done in time and before it is shipped by contacting the store by phone or email indicating your order number.

Returns of defective products

Notwithstanding your right to Cancel an Order according to the previous article, you have the right to withdraw from your order if the Store breaches its obligations, especially when the product has actual defects. A basic condition is to inform the store within 48 hours of receiving the product. In order to determine if the product is defective you should send us by email at info@chome.gr photos of the product, showing the problem in as much detail as possible, in order to be checked by the competent department of the company. If you send us the product without following the above procedure, you will be fully charged all the costs of transporting the product in addition to those that arise and our company reserves the right to refuse to receive it. The terms of the return remain the same as those mentioned above, otherwise the store reserves the right not to make any form of compensation. If a defective product is found, you have the right not to accept it and return it with the possibility of replacing it with another product of the same category, if available, or refunding the money you paid. Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, together with the documents, the retail receipt or invoice and the packaging that accompanied the product. In this case, the costs of sending the new product or refunding your money are the sole responsibility of the store.

Product Returns / Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days and request its replacement with another size or another product. We emphasize that the date of shipment of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the courier ELTA Courier on the receipt, for the control of the deadline.

For returns within Greece (as in the case of change) you will be charged the amount of € 5.80 (return costs and shipping costs)

In any case the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer. This means:

  • Do not have any damage and their packaging should be the ones that normally accompany the product
  • To be in excellent condition with their factory packaging (box or jelly)
  • Be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (eg Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).

If the above conditions are met, you are free to send it back to us for replacement, after first contacting our customer service department. Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return.

The change process is simple and is always done by phone with us, at 27430 22429. Quickly, the change process is as follows: Contact the customer service department at 27430 22429 to register your request, send us the product to be changed, packaged with ELTA Courier at your own expense. When we receive the product, we check if it meets the above conditions. If it meets them, we will send you the new product. The shipping cost of the new product is charged to you and is € 2.90.

It is clarified that changes are always made to the current price of the product with the extra charge listed above. In case the new product you choose has a lower price than the one you return, you are entitled to a discount coupon, worth equal to the resulting difference. Refunds for the above case are not made.

It is reminded that refund is made only in case of use of the right of withdrawal. In case of exchange with another product of a lower value, you are entitled to a discount coupon of a value equal to the difference, minus 5,80 € for the transport costs of the exchange.

In case of return of the products, your refund will be completed within six (6) days from the date we receive the products in a bank account that you will indicate to us if your order has been paid by cash on delivery or by bank deposit. For orders that have been paid by credit/debit/credit card, the refund will be made in the same way. For orders that have been paid via Paypal the refund will be made via Paypal.
